Born in San Diego, The Cookie Sandwich Company is the brainchild of proud parents Jennifer (the baker) and her husband Rick (the eater). It all started years ago when we used to fill the tummies of our friends and family with our creative concoctions. All of sudden word quickly spread and we began receiving requests from complete strangers. The decision to turn our passion into a business was not an easy one since Jen was four weeks pregnant. As demand grew so did her belly! Before we knew it we were entrepreneurs — a dream come true.

We are confident that you have not tried anything quite like our original Cookie Sandwiches and are sure we will satisfy any sweet tooth. For our decadent treats we use only the freshest premium ingredients and chocolates, but most importantly they are made of butter... and love. Lots of it!
