Cox Honeyland of Utah

More than 100 years ago, the story began in the small farming community of St. George, Utah with Henderson Cox. After nearly three decades, Marion Cox moved to Cache Valley where he continued to raise honey bees and harvest honey. The first warehouse for honey production was built in Providence, Utah and continued operation there for a number of years.

Mary Louise Butter's Brownies

Here is the first thing you need to know about Mary Louise Butters brownies: Mary Louise Butters is a real person, and yes, that's her real name. In fact, on any given day, a fair number of people here in Austin, Texas will call Mary Louise or even stop her on the street just to tell her how incredibly delightful they've found her brownies to be.

Many of us in Austin have come to the conclusion that Mary Louise is to brownie-making what Mozart is to music and what Mary Poppins is to child care.

Auntie Pearl's Pantry

She was simply "Pearl" to our dad, "Mom" to us and "Bubbie" to her five grandkids. But she became known as "Auntie Pearl" to countless college students, who raided the care packages she mailed her Nieces and Nephews before finals every semester. Those packages were filled with plenty of her special brownies. Cut into perfect squares and individually wrapped in cellophane, her brownies became famous all over campus. Now we're extending the circle that knows and loves Auntie Pearl through her marvelous brownie recipes. We hope you find her brownies as special as the woman who originally created them.
