Since 1978 Edwardo's Natural Pizza Restaurants have been building a reputation on our innovative Chicago-style stuffed pizza loaded with fresh and natural ingredients. Edwardo's is well known throughout the Midwest and has been acclaimed by food critics and in newspaper readers' polls for "favorite pizza" in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. In 1994 Edwardo's "took off" as, United Airlines served our personal size pizzas, on their domestic first class, coach and selected foreign flights.

Edwardo's hallmark product is a two-inch high pizza stuffed with cheese and spinach, topped with a light crust and baked in a pan to golden perfection. Other Edwardo's innovations have included pesto pizza, and whole wheat crust. In addition Edwardo's offers a crispy thin crust pizza with traditional ingredients like sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms.

The thing about pizza is that like everything good, it has to have an evolution. To stay the same means to go backward. It wasn't my mother or my brother and myself who invented the pizza we serve here. The recipe probably began with our great, great, great, great, great-grandmother. You ask how long it took to develop the recipe. I'd have to say 200 to 300 years. And it's still developing."

Cortese Restaurant was founded in 1947 by Angeline Cortese and her sons, James and Nathan. A third son, Angelo, who more than his brothers, dreamed of running a restaurant, was killed while serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II. With the help of their father Corrado and sister Rita, Jimmy, Nate, and their Mom built a reputation for consistently excellent food, served in a warm friendly atmosphere. In continuing our family's tradition, we strive to make every meal memorable, and every customer satisfied.

Eddie's famous New York City Pizzas are handmade large 18" pies cut into 8 slices. These pies are baked and shipped to you direct from our legendary New York resturant. The pies are sealed in special packaging that allows you to remove individual slices from your refrigerator or freezer as you need them.

Eddie's New York City Pizza's cinnamon rugelach is a fancy, rolled pastry made with real cream cheese dough that's full of mouthwatering nuts and raisins. All pizzas and rugelach are Kosher.
