Twisted Pastries

In December of 2007, Sconies™ were born as the first "Twisted Pastry." The trademarked Sconies™ are mini-gourmet baked scones that are a perfect cross between a baked pastry and fine candy. They are uniquely delicious and available in many different flavors, including German Chocolate (hand-dipped in milk chocolate/coconut) and Cheesecake (hand-dipped in white chocolate/graham cracker and iced).

SausageHeaven.com

We at SausageHeaven.com have been creating and developing sausages since 2000. What started as a passionate hobby has turned into an obsession for creative gourmet sausages.

Our sausage maker, Marc Rousseau, has always been a great fan of sausages but was never satisfied with store-bought sausages. They were and still are, heavily salted, ladened with preservatives, fat and gristle, and lack in flavor and originality. Marc decided to use his deep-rooted culinary background and begin creating his own recipes or recreating the 'Old World' style sausage recipes with strong emphasis on flavor and low fat.

Betty's Pies

It all began in 1956 when Betty's father Aleck built a fish shack by the Stewart River on Highway 61. Betty thought it would be a good idea to have some goodies for the fishermen when they stopped in, so she started making donuts and coffee for them to enjoy.

Well, one thing led to another and Betty began selling hamburgers and hot dogs. Customers didn't really like looking at dead fish while they were eating, so in 1958 Betty turned the old fish stand into a cafe that she named "Betty's Cafe". She also added pies to her menu.
