We have been involved in the sushi business since 1990. The first sushi venture culminated in a company that produced 1500 high quality "to go" sushi rolls each morning. This high quality product was distributed to local markets, cafeterias, hotels, colleges, caterers, hospitals, private parties and more. After venturing into the restaurant side of sushi, we gravitated back toward distribution in 1996.

Speaking of seafood, ours is the best.
