We are located in Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in unique premium chocolate candies that come in different shapes, color, and sizes. We offer the same chocolate that was previously sold by the Anatomical Chart Company. Due to the relocation of ACC’s warehouse, the new facility is unable to accommodate chocolate. As a current employee of ACC, I witnessed first hand the success of the chocolate products. It was a tough decision for ACC to drop the chocolate products, but they had no choice. After numerous phone calls and emails regarding the discontinued chocolate, I felt that the Anatomically Correct Chocolate needed to continue.

Here at G&C Chocolate we will continue to offer the same chocolate products sold at ACC, along with many new products. We will be expanding the chocolate line to include seasonal and custom chocolates. We will be offering chocolates for all the holidays and we can even do custom chocolates. All our chocolate products are made fresh from premium milk, dark, and white chocolate.

A small, artisanal chocolatier in Chicago, Katherine Anne creates delectable truffles and caramels using local, organic, or fair-trade ingredients. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, and nothing you can't pronounce. Called "the best caramels we've had all year" by TimeOut Chicago, the honey-vanilla caramel is created using local wildflower honey, pure vanilla bean, and organic agave nectar. The truffles "give new meaning to incredibly rich taste", and are hand-dipped in the finest chocolate. Our boxes are handmade in a fair-trade workshop, where artisans use a long grass instead of tree products, creating a box that is as sustainable as it is beautiful. 'SPUD' Fudge® is a delicious homemade cooked fudge made by hand. It comes in a variety of shapes and flavors from a chocolate 'Baked Potato' to espresso bulk fudge and huckleberry truffles. Still made by Sandee herself. This is a treat that has been tasted around the world. Sandee's fudge has been on TV news programs, radio talk shows, newspapers, major magazines and on major network programs such as the Food Network's "Unwrapped". She has been making 'SPUD' Fudge since the late 80's and has been making cakes and candies as Sandee's Candee's since the 70's.
