Williams Cheese Company

James and Janina Williams started their cheese business using an old barn as a warehouse, back in 1945, along Michigan's Saginaw Bay. Today, Williams Cheese Company produces, ages, and packages more than five million pounds of cheese annually.

Now in their 61st year of business, the Williams Family has consistently grown into one of Michigan's largest cheese specialists, often by word-of-mouth. One friend tells another and then another. And, today, Williams is introducing new products and tastes that your whole family will enjoy.

Kitchen Kettle Village

Kitchen Kettle Village

Just follow your nose in Lancaster County and you’ll find Lancaster’s most celebrated canning kitchen. Bob Burnley and I started canning in our new 2-car garage back in 1954. Me with three children in tow. Bob raised chickens, geese, pheasants, rabbits and even sheep in our backyard that now is a village. I learned how to cook at home by Mother–with a lot of love and care in everything we made. People used to come as far away as Philadelphia to stock their pantries. Today, they come from all over the world to sample and buy from our kitchen.

Honey's Butter

Honey's Butter

Honey’s Butter all began in Caldwell, Idaho with the aspirations of two young country girls Lindsey and Kirsten. They wanted to sell their homemade honey wheat bread to raise money for summer camp. So trying to help with sales their dad Rex decided to put a little of his special recipe honey butter on samples to entice buyers. But for a friend Linda from the big city of Pittsburgh buying the bread was just the beginning. The butter was so special tasting she knew it had to be shared for everyone to enjoy. So in February of 2006 Sweet Earth Idaho Co. was born. And Oh, Honey you’re gonna love my butter!
