A small, artisanal chocolatier in Chicago, Katherine Anne creates delectable truffles and caramels using local, organic, or fair-trade ingredients. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, and nothing you can't pronounce. Called "the best caramels we've had all year" by TimeOut Chicago, the honey-vanilla caramel is created using local wildflower honey, pure vanilla bean, and organic agave nectar. The truffles "give new meaning to incredibly rich taste", and are hand-dipped in the finest chocolate. Our boxes are handmade in a fair-trade workshop, where artisans use a long grass instead of tree products, creating a box that is as sustainable as it is beautiful.
